Mô tả công việc
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop business process models and propose solutions for complex business challenges.
- Analyze requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
- Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and quality.
- Participate in preparing test documents (test cases, test plans) and create testing strategies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business objectives are met.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to capture and process complex business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, including writing and executing test cases.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC (software development lifecycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- English: reading, writing.
