Các ca làm việc
Thời gian làm việc từ 4-8h/ ngày, từ thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu. Có thể trao đổi để thời gian linh hoạt hơn.
Mô tả công việc
(Sẽ được training thêm trong quá trình thực tập):
● Clarify, analyze, and refine the function requirements from customers’ material or transferred from BA leader/ Product Owner
● Create functional requirements documents: wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams, use cases…
● Transfer the requirements to the development team to ensure the team understands the expectations correctly
● Support the development team to communicate with the customers regarding QnA/Issues and work on any change requests.
● Verify the output of the development team and pre-UAT product
Yêu cầu công việc
● Students are studying or have just graduated from IT, Information Systems, e-commerce, or equivalent fields
● Good English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
● Basic knowledge of software development process.
● Good at written and verbal communication
● Being able to break down problems, identify key issues, and recommend solutions is crucial
● Good at critical thinking and creative problem-solving techniques.
● Good command of Microsoft Office and G Suite
