*JOB SUMMARY
Mainly in charge of accounts reconciliation and indirect taxes declaration (VAT, FCWT).
*KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Perform daily, monthly Nostro reconciliation
• Prepare obligation fund report to State Bank of Vietnam
• Prepare monthly VAT, Foreign contractor tax declaration
• Double check invoice issuance and prepare invoice issuance report to Tax department
• Audit confirmation preparation for external customers
• Prepare documents to apply Double tax agreement for service contracts with an overseas counterpart (Natixis Paris).
• Daily clearing suspense accounts reconciliation
• Coordinate with other departments to verify monthly balancing of all GLs against source documents.
• Check daily accounting reports & coordinate with other departments to verify & solve all discrepancies, in correct accounting entries.
• Back-up colleagues in processing general expenses or local regulatory report when required.
• Perform Accounting and Finance report and ad-hoc reports.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Head of Accounting and Finance.

• Be familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point…).
• Good level in English
• Responsible, team-work spirit
• Professional knowledge: demonstrate a proficient level of skill and knowledge in accounting
• Communication & interpersonal skill.
• Professional ethics: integrity; objectivity; respect confidentiality of information, compliant with relevant laws & regulations.
*EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION
• Graduation from a four-year college or university in economics (major in accounting, or closely-related areas, such as banking, or finance, audit, or business administration…).
• Or graduation from a non-economics university and having at least 5-year working experience in accounting or finance or audit department.
• Experience in banking sector is preferable
• Be familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point…).
• Good level in English
