Mô tả công việc
- Establish the technical base of the factory by utilizing the support of Japanese and Chinese engineers.
- Make plan operation and maintenance of equipment and lead to implement this task
- Provide an appropriate solution and lead the technical improvement when technical problems arise.
- Optimize production processes and reduct cost from a technical perspective.
- Respond to quality issues from a technical perspective, find out the cause, and propose measures to prevent recurrence.
- if have problem about quality , respond promptly, investigate the cause, and take measures to prevent recurrence.
- Support colleagues who aim to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
- Report regularly to superiors about manufacturing performance and technical issues.
- Involved in the launch of new projects and products, leading prepare equipment and technology transfer.
- Provide proposals and support from a technical perspective to ensure a safe environment within the factory.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have basic knowledge about electrical engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of production technology or quality control, especially experience at a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
- fluent in communicating English (Japanese or Chinese is a big plus)
- Technological adaptability: Strong interest in introducing and applying new technology, and a strong will to proactively work with a spirit of challenge towards establishing the technological foundation for a new factory.
- Leasurership: Ability to provide technical guidance and support. Leadership that drives technical problem solving through collaboration with teams and colleagues.

- Attractive Salary: 15.000.000 - 21.000.000 VND/month
