Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning: Research and conceptualize product ideas that reflect customer needs and trends in the gifting space.
Product Development: Develop unique and creative products, including crafting gift boxes, ensuring they align with CHUS-exclusive offerings and customer desires.
Collaboration: Work closely with local artisans and suppliers to bring high-quality, distinctive products to life.
Market Analysis: Continuously analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for new products.
Yêu cầu công việc
.Proven experience in merchandising within the Vietnamese retail market.
.Strong background in product planning and development, with a focus on products that are customer-centric and commercially viable.
Preferred: Experience in the gifting industry, including crafting and developing gift boxes.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to conceptualize exclusive, desirable products for CHUS customers.
Customer-centricity is a must—product development must be driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and desires.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
English proficiency is optional but a plus.
