Mô tả công việc
- Conceptualize and develop innovative video content ideas and translate them into detailed, actionable filming scripts.
- Manage the quality and consistency of social media channel content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and platform updates to inform content strategy and execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of social media content campaigns, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including trend identification, brainstorming, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality content.
- Support the implementation of broader e-commerce and digital marketing activities as required.
- Contribute to the development and execution of social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist the marketing team with various tasks to gain comprehensive exposure to social media marketing operations.
- Create diverse forms of content, including videos, images, and photographic assets.
- Potential opportunity to feature as an on-screen talent (VJ) in video content.

- Proven experience managing social media accounts, demonstrating an understanding of platform dynamics and audience engagement (experience with both personal and business accounts is relevant).
- Demonstrated experience in creative content ideation, creation, and presentation.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to develop innovative and unconventional content concepts.
- Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Possess a creative and forward-thinking mindset, constantly seeking new ways to engage audiences.
- Genuine passion for creating engaging, entertaining, and informative video content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying and capitalizing on new social media trends to enhance brand presence and engagement.
