Warehouse
Prepare reports on inventory status
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory of goods
Coordinate with relevant departments in the supply chain to ensure sufficient materials, sub recipes and sauce for kitchen operations
Logistics
Coordinate and organize the transportation of goods to satellite kitchens
Monitor and manage transportation costs
Ensure the timely and complete delivery of goods
Support for the Commissary Manager
Track and input data of actual production volumes
Analyze and explain any discrepancies between actual and planned production

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Logistics/ Economics or similar
Skill Requirement
Technical Skills
Computer literacy: Excellent in MOS, Google sheets, ERP, SQL
Having at least 3 years of experience working in supply chain and logistics management within the F&B/Hotel industry
Strong in data and management system
Soft skills
Good problem- solving skills
Good communication, listening and negotiation skills
Personality requirements
