More about the role & team

The Support function provides support through calls and correspondence, troubleshoot problems, provide step-by-step solutions, escalate issues or refer clients to other services. They may also perform clerical tasks such as maintaining records of all transactions, preparing and processing documents, answering inquiries, and updating databases. Moreover, a support analyst must produce progress reports, coordinating with managers regularly.

A Support Analyst should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with limited supervision from others. Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the analytics team members and begin to lead the tier two support efforts with intermediate complexity.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

You will need two or more years of technical support and client relationship experience required; experience in the financial services industry preferred

You must be highly organized.

You may have worked as a ‘Technical Support Analyst’.
