Responsibilities

• Manage EDM automation through platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp, and refine email marketing strategies.

• Oversee end-to-end website management while collaborating closely with the order team to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include site planning, content uploads, UX/UI enhancements, product updates, and performance monitoring…

• Brief the off shore team/studio on marketing calendars and promotional campaigns for e-comm stores, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Proofread and edit campaign creatives, ensuring accuracy in links, URLs, and approvals.

• Collaborate with clients for monthly and weekly promotion approvals, and manage the EDM content, messaging, and send-out schedules.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance promotional and marketing strategies.

• Create quick-turnaround creatives using Canva or Photoshop when needed.

• Oversee daily trading of stores and coordinate with offshore marketing teams for updates.

• Optimise homepage displays and implement SEO improvements where necessary.

• Work closely with the team on technical updates and product launches.

• Provide product pricing analysis and promotional strategies based on stock performance.

• Leverage third-party marketplace opportunities (e.g., Amazon) to boost client visibility and sales.

• Other ad hoc tasks to support clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Marketing/Commerce or similar

• Proven experience 2-3 Years+ in working across multiple client websites using platforms such as Shopify, EDM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and design tools like Photoshop and Canva

• Must have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify; familiarity with tools like Klaviyo is a plus.

• Excellent English communication, analytical, organisational and critical thinking skills

• Understanding marketing calendars to brief creatives

• SEO and SEM experience highly regarded
