Build a high- performing teaching culture focused on professionalism and innovation.
Guide academic media content: encourage teachers to create videos, write articles, and speak at events.
Report directly to the Founder & CEO; transition to Academic Director when appointed.
Ensure accurate program representation in communications and lead teacher engagement at public events.
Ensure consistent quality delivery of all English programs, from young learners to adults.
Manage teacher lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and retention.
Oversee curriculum development and R&D for Phonics, Junior, Secondary, IELTS & Adult English.
Lead academic teams in Nghe An & Ha Tinh, including Head Teachers, Academic Ops Lead, and Officers.
Collaborate with Marketing & Admissions teams to align academic and sales strategies.
Supervise academic operations: class schedules, staffing, performance tracking, and student feedback.
Promote tech integration and train teachers in using AI tools and digital resources effectively.

Education & Qualifications
- Strong IELTS knowledge and familiarity with Cambridge/CEFR- based ESL curricula
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent international teaching qualification required
Additional certifications or training in educational leadership, curriculum design, or EdTech is a strong advantage
Experience
- Demonstrated success in managing teaching teams and improving program outcomes
- Experience working with digital learning tools, content creation, and/or EdTech integration is highly desirable
- Proven experience working with a wide range of learners (young learners to adults)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in English language teaching, 2–3 years in an academic management or leadership role
- Strong background in teacher development, academic operations, project management
Language
- Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.5+ or CEFR C1); Vietnamese nationality
