- Under the guidance of Chief Engineer, and within the limits of the established Hotel policies, responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service and technical skill, management skill. To work with a team spirit and to ensure that all hotel guest rooms, equipment are working in good condition.
- Provide accurate information to our guests in line with our moto (“Joy of Travel for all”), guest expectations (Winning Metrics) and Brand Standards. Supervises the issue of keys, mail, messages, telegrams and parcels to the guests. Coordinate guests’ needs, requests, and inquiries to ensure value for our guests.
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as local policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
University graduate preferably in English major plus 2 years of experience in administrative work and prefer 1 year secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
• Must speak local language(s)
• Other languages preferred
• Education: College/University education including course work on business management or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Certification: Secretarial certificate
