In this position you will…

…be responsible for handling accounting tasks, developing, maintaining financial policies, controls, records, and reports.

You will be responsible for…

 Ensuring all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to statutory and company requirements by recording accounting transactions in accounting software - SAP (revenue, expenses, capital
expenditure, depreciation, amortization, debts, intercompany, and other operations)
 Verifying policy information, including policy number, coverage, and premium amount, and reconciling sales data and premium reports for insurance policies; Identifying and resolving discrepancies between sales data and premium reports, communicate with sales team, underwriters, and insurers to resolve issues.
 Analyzing financial transactions and coordinating actions with other teams, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
 Handling tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, etc)
 Preparing regular reports for official authorities (MOF, State Bank, etc)
 Supporting and working together with the team to meet all accounting and finance reporting deadlines.
 Conducting UATs for finance and business operation system enhancement.
 Coordinating with other departments, auditors, governmental departments, and other external needs as necessary.
 Preparing ad hoc reports and other duties assigned by the manager.
