As an Electrical Commissioning Engineer your tasks are the following:
Setting up, operating installations and finishing testing programs following HAT/SAT protocols for electrical systems
Checking, supporting and coordinating the activity of OEM suppliers during commissioning phase;
Reporting test data in HAT/ SAT documents as well as for improvement points/ standardization;
In pre-commissioning phase, doing pre checks for cable installations and completeness of connections to support efficient commissioning of systems;
Checking electrical drawings and signaling issues. Providing improvement proposals to the Engineering department;
Participating in sea trials phase, during Damen Shipyard supply trips of ships to their client destination, solving issues that may arise.To be successful in this role you bring:
Bachelor's degree Electrical/ Automation Engineering or another relevant technical study;
About 2-to-5-year experience in the design and installation of complex systems;
Experience in the functional development of Electrification and/or Control & Monitoring systems;
You master excellent communication skills in English is a plus.What we offer
