Job Description: Assistant to Site Director

Location: Long Hậu Industrial Park, Long An

Salary Range: up to 40 million VND gross + other benefits

Working Time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Site Director to support the establishment of a new manufacturing facility specializing in handheld electronic devices. The new site, located in Long Hậu Industrial Park, is currently undergoing renovation and will operate with a small team for pilot production, initially featuring three production lines with approximately 30 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Director in managing daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
• Support import/export processes to ensure compliance and timely logistics for the company’s products.
• Administer human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize production processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Proven experience as an assistant in a manufacturing environment.
• Nice to Have: Experience in import/export operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
