About FLYER

Founded in 2020, FLYER is the leading online English learning and exam-prep platform for students in Vietnam. We build technology that helps students practice as if they were taking real tests - learning through play - enabling millions of young learners to confidently conquer exams such as Cambridge, TOEFL Primary, and IELTS while developing comprehensive English skills.

After 5 years of growth, FLYER now supports over 500,000 students and 1,000 schools, with our user base doubling each year. We are also expanding rapidly into LMS (Learning Management System) solutions for schools and corporate training.

1. What You Will Do as an HR Executive

HR Operations

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• Update and maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Draft, manage, and track labor contracts in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support performance review cycles and coordinate internal training sessions.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Manage monthly attendance tracking and payroll preparation.
• Monitor working days, leave balances, and overtime to ensure accurate payroll data.
• Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.

General Affairs (GA)

• Oversee daily office operations, including facilities and maintenance coordination.
• Handle purchasing, tracking, and management of office equipment and company assets.
• Organize internal activities such as birthdays, team-building events, and workshops.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productive work.

2. The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, C&B, or related fields.
• Preferably graduated from top universities in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant majors.
• Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws and HR-related regulations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented; able to handle pressure and work responsibly.
• Good English communication skills, especially in reading and writing HR documents (equivalent to IELTS 6.0+).
• Proactive, eager to learn, not afraid of challenges. Strong teamwork, openness, and willingness to support others.

• Competitive salary package = Fixed salary (8-10M) + holiday bonuses + birthday bonuses + additional allowances.
• Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND per working day.
• English certificate allowance for valid IELTS 6.5+ holders.
• 13th-month salary, annual company trip, and full insurance per Vietnamese Labor Law.
