SCOPE OF WORK

Your responsibilities will focus on defining key criteria to validate product assumptions, ensuring alignment across teams, and assessing whether products meet defined completion standards at all product development stages, which including 3 Expertise Scope:

Product Operation (mainly focused):

• Ensure the product operates smoothly in three key dimensions (User-Operation-Technical) by various testing activities (test planning, estimating, test script creation, defect creation/resolution, integration testing, regression testing,...)
• Oversee end-to-end product quality to meet predefined assumptions by: Ensure that users, business logic and operational workflows are seamlessly implemented.; Validate technical integrations to ensure smooth system interactions without functional gaps ; Identify edge cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of user interactions and system constraints.

Product Definition:

• Interpret and classify various types of requirements (FR, NFR, Operations Req., User Req,...), ensuring a structured approach to product definition that goes beyond happy paths to enhance product robustness.

Product Discovery

• Engage with early-stage requirements (business goals, user pain points, and operational challenges,...), with an adaptive mindset to refine problem statements, finally, contributing to discussions that shape the discovery process.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a Product Operations Specialist, we need the candidate’s expertise in ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and seamless integration between business, technology, and user experience.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control/Business Analysis or any other related scope of work.
• Proven experience in implementing end-to-end quality assurance processes for software products, ensuring they meet design and functionality standards, prioritizing smooth user experiences and minimizing friction points
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows, with skills in structuring and detailing requirements that streamline operations.
• Good communication skill to work in cross-functionally squads to ensure product alignment and execution

Nice to have

• Adaptive mindset to navigate unclear requirements, collaborate with the squad to refine problem statements, and align on business and user needs.
