The Project Manager will lead the setup of our first dental clinic and strategy for the clinic chains expansion, overseeing project planning, budget management, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness, creating a patient-friendly, spa-like environment aligned with our brand identity, in details:
Business Strategy Development: Work with project team to develop the business model with positioning, key services, competitive strategy, scalability strategy, financial & marketing plan, etc on the basis of orientation from CEO
Team Leadership & Coordination: Assemble and lead the project team, fostering collaboration and effective communication to set up the first clinic & operation, expansion afterwards. Develop project plans, coordinate with architects and contractors, oversee design and construction.
Budget and Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage expenditures & Profit-Loss prospect of the clinics
Process Development: Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, develop operational procedures. Develop customer service and treatment processes, establish patient intake protocols, implement staff training programs, and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics.
Recruitment: Recruit and onboard technical roles such as dentists, nurses, and other clinical staff, ensuring alignment with the clinic's standards and culture.
Quality Assurance & License: Ensure design, construction, qualifications, etc meet quality standards and legal regulations, with a goal to gain all necessary license for the clinicUniversity/ College graduates
Proven experience, at least 2 years, in management in this field, as the operational, clinic manager/director & relevant positions ideally within the healthcare or dental industry
Have the know-how of registering & setting up a clinic.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership, team management abilities with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteHave a chance to work directly with CEO & top-notch project team, and with partners who are well-known experts in the US's dental industry and the world.
