Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, financial institutions, key customers, as well as a deep understanding of financial markets and investment analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating the company's financial performance and strategic plans to the investment community, as well as organizing and participating in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, key customers, and financial financial institutions
- Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community, providing timely and accurate information to the investment community, including financial results, press releases, and other relevant company updates.
- Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
- Be the focal point of contact, responsible for gathering information from departments in the Company and working closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Track investor sentiment about the company. Respond to investor inquiries in a complete and timely manner.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings and conferences.
