As a Marketing Manager Blockchain, you’ll need to:
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and socials that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Monitor and approve marketing materials from marketing executive, performance according to KPIs
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Twitter, YouTube, Medium and LinkedIn
Deep understanding of community building platforms, especially Telegram and Discord
Experience working in marketing for crypto or Defi projects, Gamefi or NFT project
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. English IETLS
Experience as a marketing manager at a technology company, with proven results and references.
Have knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus point
Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Twitter and other social media platforms
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Excellent understanding of spoken and written English.
Proven ability to to use social media to maintain or build a brand, with experience
in everything from twitter threads, to product marketing, to memes
Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Strong writing skills; proficiency in spoken and written English
Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work according to project
timelines
