​Summary: WeWatt is seeking a dynamic and versatile Operations Coordinator to work closely with the CEO and play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for a range of tasks, from providing comprehensive executive support to leading business development and project follow up efforts and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, strategic thinker, and adept collaborator.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing schedules and communications.
• Prepare and assist with presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Follows up any related project actions
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Business Development:

• Analyze and optimize the potential client’s database.
• Participate in negotiations and deal structuring.

Marketing and Branding:

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote WeWatt's services.
• Manage social media accounts, create content, and oversee digital marketing efforts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.

Project Management:

• Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for the CEO.

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute insights to strategic discussions and help translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Monitor industry developments to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

Operational Efficiency:

• Analyze and improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and optimize resources.
