YOUR TASKS
- Handle daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from our customers
- Complete multiple deliveries and collections of shipment of a variety of weights Sort and prioritize workload (including multiple route sort) to ensure time commitments are met
- Revise and update ETAs in accordance to procedures
- Liaise with SPC / admin team to ensure customer requirement are meet
- Establish relationships with external customers to maintain the grow the business in a positive manner
- Maintain agreed service levels and abide by corrective measures implemented as and when required
- Ensure adequate hand over to other staff at the change of shift to ensure continuity and maintenance of SLAs
- Under tight deadlines, drives vehicle to customer sites, climbs in and out of vehicle, and walks up and down stairs as required to pick up and deliver documents and packages to and from customers according to established procedures, in all weather conditions
- Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages picked up or delivered
- Ensure duty collectables are successfully collected each day
- Ensure on time & successful first time delivery
- Generate new business through sales leads
- 1- 2 years ofrelevant experience
- Completed high school
- Acquired driving license type B2 or higher

Công ty Cổ Phần Đầu Tư AVI (thương hiệu AVIGO) là một trong những đơn vị tiên phong trong việc đưa hành khách từ Sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất đi trung tâm thành phố và các tỉnh. Nằm ngay trong nhà gửi xe ga Quốc nội Sân bay Quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất, AVIGO với đội ngũ hơn 150 nhân viên bao gồm tài xế xe ôm và xe taxi 4 đến 16 chổ luôn túc trực và hỗ trợ dịch vụ cho hành khách 24/24,
Để đáp ứng nhu cầu của hành khách từ các tỉnh lân cận đổ về sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất và ngược lại .Đơn vị đã tiến hành đặt những chiếc xe Limousine loại 19 chỗ sang trọng với ghế ngồi rộng, thoáng mát. Trên xe có wifi, phía sau mỗi ghế có màn hình tivi như trên máy bay để khách ngồi xem tivi giải trí trên hành trình hơn 2 tiếng về Vũng Tàu và ngược lại.
