We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our B2B voice-of-consumer product sales in Vietnam and/or Asia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and playing as a sales representative in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B software/ IT/ data sales, start-up mindset, and strong communication skill.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for our B2B Data/IT product.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with key customers, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product features and market trends.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and regularly report sales performance to senior management. (optional)
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend conferences and IT events, and actively participate in networking events to build industry relationships and expand the company's presence.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.
- Present and communicate sales funnel and sales performance forecasts on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis for sales revenue.

- Adequate skills of English, preferable Japanese
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Experience in managing and analyzing sales data to drive sales performance and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as required.

■Salary:
Sales Executive: up to $1500 Gross
- Commission: 5-10% based on achieved sales targets
