The position
In this role, you will promote Novo Nordisk products to health care professionals in assigned territories. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:
- Promote Novo Nordisk products to healthcare professional in assigned healthcare organization in the compliant way. Make and execute territory plan according to Brand strategy.
- Build effective relationships with assigned customers. Provide customers with information on company products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up.
- Participate and contribute effectively to regional, national, and company meetings as well as cross-functional collaboration.
- Work according to Business Ethics procedures, local regulations and company policies/guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Strong sales and portfolio knowledge.
- Good communication skills.

Những bước chân đầu tiên của Ladophar trên hành trình này bắt đầu từ năm 1982 với tiền thân là Xí Nghiệp Liên Hiệp Dược Lâm Đồng.
Ladophar ra đời trong hoàn cảnh đất nước vừa giành lại độc lập với bao khó khăn thách thức trong việc xây dựng lại nền kinh tế. Sau nhiều lần chuyển đổi, ngày 21.12.1999, UBND Tỉnh Lâm Đồng đã có quyết định chuyển doanh nghiệp Nhà nước Công ty Dược & Vật tư y tế Lâm Đồng thành Công ty Cổ phần Dược & Vật tư y tế Lâm Đồng trước khi được đổi tên thành Công ty Cổ Phần Dược Lâm Đồng Ladophar vào năm 2007.
