JOB SUMMARY Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying). Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and protect the privacy of guests and coworkers by following company policies and procedures.
Ensure a clean, professional appearance by adhering to uniform and hygiene standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Address guest needs in a timely, professional manner, anticipating their service requirements and acting on preferences whenever possible.
Use company-specific processes to resolve issues and build trust with guests.
Greet guests warmly, using their names when possible, and express appreciation with a sincere farewell.
Engage with guests about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
Use clear, professional language when communicating with guests and coworkers.
Answer phones promptly, using proper etiquette, including transferring calls and taking messages accurately.
Prepare written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters) and ensure accuracy through proofreading.
Maintain effective communication with colleagues to exchange necessary information.
Support coworkers, treating them with dignity and respect, and fostering positive relationships across departments.
Collaborate with others to promote teamwork and achieve shared goals.
In support of Sales & Marketing, handle general office duties like filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and managing mail to ensure smooth operations.
