The responsibilities of position to shape our business strategies, managing teams to scale up revenue, profit to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling into new markets that belong to the company's ecosystem, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

• Market research, forecasts and KPI reporting for Biz Unit Director for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

• Build, organize, and execute business development strategic plans to achieve, maximize business aims and sales targets.

• Lead, manage team, enhance team’s skills effectively and motivate them in achieving targeted results.

• Work collaboratively across teams to establish working processes, sales campaigns, services improvement, troubleshooting, so on…

• Establish and systemize the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

• Develop, maintain and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

• Coordinate and manage teams to resolve all enquiries and complaints of the customers, partners in a timely and effective manner.

• Maintain accurate records of the business development activities on systems.

• Continue to identify upgrade opportunities with the existing client base and generate new sales.

• Key contract negotiation as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service, value for the client and OTA Insight's profit margins.

• Identify shortfalls in the process and procedures and suggest process improvements.

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
