POSITION SUMMARY: 

Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehousing and fulfillment operations, including third-party logistics partners, ensuring operational excellence across B2B and B2C order fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in the company’s logistics value chain by managing warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, service level adherence, and continuous operational improvement. The position reports to the VP of Sales SM & Corp and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse Operations Management

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Ensure all B2B and B2C orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched within agreed SLAs.
• Supervise, organize, train, and manage warehouse associates to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• Allocate manpower effectively and monitor task completion on a daily basis.

Inventory & System Management

• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage inventory flow and ensure all warehouse activities are accurately recorded.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation between system data and physical stock.
• Monitor system errors or operational issues and resolve or escalate as necessary.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in warehouse layout design and establish warehouse management procedures, quality control processes, and KPI systems.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes through productivity optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and industry best practices.
• Standardize operating procedures, enforce warehouse rules and regulations, and improve overall work efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Establish, monitor, and manage warehouse KPIs to track and improve operational performance.
• Prepare and present operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) for management review.
• Support budget planning and cost tracking to optimize warehouse expenses.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Regional Operations, Project, and Business Development teams to identify system or process gaps.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Execute project-based and ad-hoc operational solutions arising from client or business requests (e.g. campaign sales, new warehouse setup or relocation).

Compliance, Safety & Training

• Communicate company policies to warehouse staff and ensure compliance and consistency.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing safety standards and complying with legal regulations.
• Conduct training for warehouse associates on updated processes and operational standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 7 years of experience in operations or warehouse management, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and fulfillment for both B2B and B2C models.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven people management skills with the ability to lead, train, and supervise operational teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency in English.
