Fulfilling the administrative functions within the Department, this includes the completion of all documentation tasks for our recurring or newly issued IT services;
Working closely with relevant stakeholders in order to propose payment schemes and ensure timely payment for our IT services;
Acting as the representatives of Technology & Product Department in all engagement activities of PropertyGuru and PropertyGuru Vietnam;
Collaborating with Heads of Department and the HRBP in designing engagement plan and implementing engagement activities within Technology and Product Department;
Performing other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.1-2 years of experience in HR/ Administration field, preferably in Technology sector.
Strong abilities in using Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Customer - oriented, with a "can-do" attitude;
Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
High self-awareness to be motivated and joyful in helping and supporting other peopleSalary: Up to 12M
Working during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday
