Mô tả công việc

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Control all aspects of documentation with multiple simultaneous products, projects and other important stakeholders, utilizing the traditional methods/systems of document control.
Create and maintain Document Control folders and correspondence folders for various products and stakeholders. Ensure accurate access rights and permissions to the folders.
Provide effective control for documents, and drawings, adhering to standard procedure.
Collaborate closely with Managers to ensure all product and company documents reflect the latest version and updates.
Enforcing compliance with company and client policies, particularly concerning the disposal of confidential documents.
Monitoring and auditing document workflows to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
Supporting the documentation needs of project/product teams and departments by facilitating document approvals, revisions, and archiving.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement in document control systems and workflows.
Research, recommend, and deploy suitable document control software or tools available in the market to enhance the efficiency of document management processes.
Develop and improve the company's data input systems for increased accuracy, ease of tracking, and streamlined workflows.

Proficiency in process automation and document management tools/systems such as chat GPT, power automate and Co-pilot, Jira, Microsoft Office applications.
A degree of Industrial Engineering/Data Science/Information Management/Business Administration.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in project, product, or technical document management, automation document tracking/managing process and system.
Detailed oriented, well-organized, effective communication.
A customer service mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
