We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at MATRIX MANUFACTURING VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED.
Fluency in English communication and reading/writing (emails, records, and documentation) is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and implement policies, compensation and benefits.
- Work with auditors during an audit process.
Yêu cầu công việc
Language:
- Must be fluent in English and comfortable with English communication. Listening skills, and writing/reading skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Chinese is valued, but not compulsory.
Work Experience:2+ years of experience in an HRM role in manufacturing factory.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -
- Experience in working with auditors and manufacturing company is an advantage.
