Mô Tả Công Việc
Main in charge for Energy Group:
1.1. Planning & Budgeting:
-Plan HR & Admin budget yearly for Company
-Review & updating budget by quaterly
-Monitor HR budget performance to ensure that all activities are cost effective and are done within the approved budget.
1.2. Recruitment Intelligence and Improvement:
-Plan the manpower supply and demand of the Company
-Develop internal and external recruitment process from working with different departments to define the needs, work with hiring managers to create job descriptions if needed.
-Develop recruitment plan to ensure vacant positions are filled with right employee(s) and in timely manner.
-Build and manage talent pipelines through recruitment strategies and sourcing initiatives
-Perform skills evaluations, background checks, and employment verifications
1.3. Performance Management:
-Develop Performance Management System which includes KPI and Performance Appraisal
-Deploy annual salary review and performance appraisal, bonus payout processes to ensure its compliance with company’s policies.
1.4. Compensation & Benefits:
-Design and implement salary scheme, compensation and benefits container policies for the Company
-Manage and monitor HR support and services through consistent implementation of all aspects of Compensation and Benefits programs in compliance with company’s policies and procedures as well as statutory requirements.
-Update on the applicable laws of Vietnam and policies in connection with the rules and regulations of the Company.
-Provide support to employees in various allowances & benefits container - related topics and resolve any issues that may arise;
• Payroll, Healthcare and Insurance:
-Control the salary administrations properly, accurately & timely (incl. Personnel Income Tax, Social/ Medical/Unemployment insurance)
-Review on social & health insurance claim administration; PIT monthly and year-end finalization
-Manage and advise on medical & health benefits container programs to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures & guidelines administered by the third party
1.5. Training & Development:
-Map out training plans and schedules, design and develop training programs as per department’s training needs
-Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
1.6. Policies & Procedures compliance:
-Develop HR policies and procedures
-Consult GD on Company’s Objectives, Performance Management, Bonus scheme, Salary Scheme, Software System, ISO, Policies & Procedures, Employee Engagement activities, etc.
-Revise, update and propose company policies in relation to HR activities.
-Resolve and settle the formalities relating to contract termination with staff to ensure accurate calculation & in line with policies & laws.
1.7. Rewards and retention:
-Set up a practical and objective appraisal system which will encourage a performance- driven culture, retain high performing employees and identify training needs.
-With the help of HODs formulate and update job description with KPIs for each job position.
-Formulate competitive and sustainable remuneration strategy and pay model to support the yards business goals and plants for growth
-Organize cost-effective activities to enhance the employee cohesion and engagement.
1.8. Employee Relations:
-Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
-Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict avoidance
1.9. Administration:
-Ensure daily operation in good condition;
-Organize and lead Company’s events (Annual Meetings, Celebrations, Company trips, Team-building activities, etc.)

-Bachelor degree in economics, HR, laws or equivalent qualifications.
-Knowledge of Vietnamese and international administration management
- Fluent in English
- Age: 36 – 45
-To have the creativity that can accept changes
-In depth knowledge of labor code, tax, insurance laws.
-Being sharp, well organized and dynamic person.
-Good at management skill.
-Good training, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and willing to help develop others.
