Mô tả công việc
Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, tech association, & university alumni resources.
- Execute the screening process, tracking, and hiring close.
- Design forms and tools used for applications & selections.
- Compose recruitment-related reports and analysis
- Build candidate database.
- Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future hiring need
Onboarding:
- Arrangement to new employee: To arrange working facilities for new office staff.
Engagement Activities
- Take part in holding engagement events & activities
- Initiative ways to improve internal communication within the company
Other tasks
- Participate in & Support key HR projects as required by HRM
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year student working towards as Bachelor of Human Resources/ Business or equivalent major/degree
- Refer candidate can join full time
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, high level of personal presentation
- Creativity, autonomy, good organization skills and good knowledge of HR procedures and tool
- Excellent at communication in both Vietnamese & English is a plus
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Internship allowance of up to 3 million VND / month.
- Internship period: 3 months (with a chance to convert to permanent).
- Working hours: 8:30 am – 6 pm, from Monday to Friday, 2 Saturday of month
- Chance to convert to perm Talent Acquisition role after 3 months Internship.
- Weekly engagement activities, and other exciting activities.
- Training/Coaching/Mentoring provided.
- Work in a friendly and dynamic working environment for young people.
