Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of factory construction projects. Responsibilities include project development, assignment, and construction management.
• Coordinate with external contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal construction and facilities department members to offer comprehensive and professional solutions for users and stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationships with relevant authorities and external organizations that impact project outcomes.
• Perform root cause analyses to address design issues in existing factories and propose effective solutions.
• Provide MEP technical expertise to the Facilities Management Team.

Key Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design is essential.
2. Proficient communication skills in English (spoken and written).
3. Strong project management skills specific to MEP projects, with at least 10 years of experience in consultancy or working with commercial/industrial developers or main contractors.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Membership in construction-related professional associations is an advantage.
• Based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with readiness to travel overseas as needed.
