Mô tả công việc
- Analyze business requirements and produce corresponding business and technical specifications
- Ensure that the solutions delivered by the development team meet the business requirements
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are accounted for during the project life cycle
- Provide input to project plans and schedules
- Conduct research market, build business cases, and define user story
- Conduct sprint demo and facilitate the collection of feedback from stakeholders during the demo
- Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
- Manage and ensure all documents are up-to-date
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst would be a plus.
- Quickly adapt to frequent changes in a startup environment
- Advanced proficiency in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business flows/diagrams.
- Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with stakeholders, developers, testers and team leader.
- Product-oriented mindset, good critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and analytical competencies with an emphasis on product development.
- Familiar with the use of Use Cases as requirements gathering/analysis tool.
- Have knowledge of using JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools.
