Responsibilities
A. Strategic and leadership support
Strategic, viable inputs and technical advice to Senior Leadership Team during organizational planning and assessment, leadership development initiatives to support the execution of the overall company’s strategy
In charge and own HR strategy that reflect company’s culture and enable company Top Line growth. Short term and long-term directions that are aligned with the organization’s strategic direction, and support to develop and realize business plan.
Monitor HR metrics and report for overall HR performance, actively measure and create action plan for improvement, reflecting high standards of organizational performance
Building core competency and translate to different function to ensure end to end understand and clear guidance for Employees
Drive and embed PACC Culture, be the ambassador of the People – Action – Creativity – Customer
B. Develop HR Team
The HR team has the required capacity, capability, systems, processes, policies and guidelines to drive transformation of mindsets and behaviors to deliver the overall strategy
Professionalism and accountability in delivering services to staffs and leaders are ensured.
Having a lean and effective HR team which is able to support geographical expansion and future development
Overall leadership and technical support as well as regular coaching and mentoring is provided to the HR team members to support their professional growth and development.
Government Relations with the local labor agencies and other local partner on HR related issues are maintained and strengthened, and the legal compliance is ensured.
C. Develop a capable workforce
Well-designed recruitment policy, systems and processes to attract and retain right talent with good culture and competency fit
Review and own Performance Management System, including but not limited to: KPIs, OKRs, Performance evaluation system and base on that contribute to total reward package design
Ensure performance culture continues to be strengthened, including recognition of good performers, and dealing with non-performers and other HR related issues in a timely manner
Appropriate learning & development program, job rotation and on the job training is well arranged and coordinated in consultation with line managers and concerned departments, which enables staff professional growth and career development.
Succession plan, career development plan and talent review are developed and implemented, focusing on highly potential and committed staff.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree, with minimum 7 years' working experience in a managerial role in HR field
Demonstrated competency in developing systems, policies and guidelines to support people management and organizational effectiveness.
Solid knowledge of labor code and strong experience in recruitment & retention, performance management are preferred
Highly adaptive, flexible and result-driven. Being innovative is plus point
Proven record with HR functions, having initiated and implemented purpose-driven and organization-focused change.
Good communication skill, with English proficiency
