DUTIES:
1. Recruitment:
- Build human resource plans monthly, quarterly, yearly based on the Operation business and business plan from Project managers, head of department.
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of employees for departments and projects on time.
- Provide expertise and experience in recruitment and human resource management for Project managers, head of department.
- Propose and implement employee evaluation, make report of monthly turnover rate as well as propose methods to improve candidate qualify and reduce turnover rate.
- Propose and control effective recruitment budget monthly, yearly.
2. Training:
- Cooperate with Project managers, head of department to implement and coach training courses.
- Follow, evaluate trainees and propose effective and practical training methods.
3. HR management:
- Responsible to build up, propose working process, forms related to recruitment, training, employee data management, candidate evaluation, reports, ....
- Responsible to share employee company regulation, salary and incentive policies, job description, HR procedures accordingly: training, probation, labor contract, HR policies, promotion, demotion, termination or dismissal...as current labor law and Company regulation.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Checking all information: working days, OT hours, Night shift hours, night shift allowance, bonus, deduction, Insurance, PIT, total, net incomes, bank information.... - Submit Salary documents for approval and bank transfer to personal account: Salary Table, Payment Memo, Bank Statement, Bank Transfer...
- Fax bank statement and Bank Transfer to Bank.
- Follow and solve the matter that occurred during bank transfer: Wrong bank account, refax...
- Prepare Pay-slip for each staff: Pay-slip, fold, classify and deliver to head of each Project
- Responsible to solve salary matter after payment: employee's question about their salary, calculation...
- Manage and file hard copies of salary documents, Insurance (Social, Health, Unemployment), PIT, Labor Law.
5. Organization culture:
- Develop company culture platform and implement relevant activities to motivate the employee for their better performance.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by General Director.
- Working time: 8h30 - 17h30, Monday - Friday (off Saturday, Sunday).
- Address: 222 – 226 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor degree on Human Resource Management, BA, Economy, English.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Language skill: Fluent English.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Code, Insurance and PIT law.
- Have excellent writing & reporting skill.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Powerpoint, and creative design.
- Abilities: Work independently.
- Build good relationships internally & externally.
- Organization and Strategic thinking.
- Flexible thinking and problem-solving.
- Team-leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability.
- A flair for appreciation of workflow processes, systems and internal control.
