Research client requirements to gather information and understand project objectives and needs.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas with the internal team.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, and accounts) to ensure proposals align with the overall event strategy and client expectations.
Develop and refine concepts for music festivals and outdoor events that align with client goals.
Write detailed and persuasive proposals for events, outlining concepts, activities, schedules, and key deliverables.
Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate the proposal’s value proposition to clients.

Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross- functional teams.
Passion for music festival, concert, outdoor events, and brand experiences.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in concept development, event planning, or a related field.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Test Presentation Requirement:
As part of the assessment, present 1- 3 proposals that you are most confident about, based on projects you have previously worked on. The presentation must be conducted in English and should cover the following points:
- Client Brief: What was the client’s request?
- Approach: How did you approach the conceptualization of the idea?
- Creative Concept & Execution: How did you develop the creative concept and deliver it to the client?
