Support in correspondence, filling and general administration for the Sales team
Disseminate all official correspondence directed to the Sales Dept. to the appropriate executives in the Dept. for their follow up
Assist the Sales team in organizing sales trip abroad or otherwise, preparing the necessary documents, bookings and appointment as required
Assist with the preparation of client events and functions
Assist with meeting and appointment scheduling, taking minutes of the meeting as requiredStudents with majors in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
Senior students or fresh graduates preferred
Good command in English
