The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel and tourism industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations within the country, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve company.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
