Responsible for putting into commercial operation (COD) 250 – 300MWp (scale may vary) rooftop solar power
Propose project implementation plan, management process of subordinates (including Project Director, staff, subcontractors,...) after receiving full information from the Board of Directors & related departments (design department, project development department,..)

Collect requirements from customers, development department and determine project scope in coordination with the Board of Directors.

Create detailed work plan, in which identify and arrange necessary activities to complete the project successfully.
Identify resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) needed to complete the solar power project.
Provide accurate budget and cost to the management for quotation submission.
Develop project completion plan to effectively allocate resources to activities
Plan Provide appropriate training to project team members as required
Manage the project team in accordance with the organization's established policies and practices
Ensure that all project staff receive appropriate organizational and project orientation
Regularly review the quality of work completed with the project team to ensure that it meets project standards
Write project reports (weekly progress summary and monthly project cost tracking) to the Board and stakeholders based on the prescribed reporting template
Communicate with the client and ensure timely flow of information to relevant teams to meet client expectations and requirements
Monitor project progress and progress and ensure that project deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and at the required quality level
Evaluate project performance during the planning phase

Ensure project closure and resolution of all outstanding issues
Perform related tasks other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

- Passionate about renewable energy
- Willing to learn and accept challenges, persistent, tenacious with goals
- University degree or higher, priority given to Electrical major
- More than 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager in solar PV systems, solar farms, wind or other fields.
- Good planning, organizing and time management skills with the ability to multitask, solid project management knowledge
- Ability to make wise and quick decisions
- Good English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence others to achieve project results.
- Good organizational, planning and problem solving skills
