We are seeking a talented senior event planner to join our team and help us communicate our vision, accomplishments, and technological advancements to the world.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize events and conferences related to Blockchain, including Blockchain technology conferences and other events in the field.
Consult with clients and partners to understand their requirements and ensure that events are designed and executed according to their specifications.
Develop and manage budgets for events and monitor expenses to ensure budget compliance.
Manage and collaborate with speakers and experts in the Blockchain industry to ensure high-quality and technically proficient events.
Ensure that events are conducted safely and comply with all regulations related to safety and data protection in the Blockchain industry.Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and deep knowledge of Blockchain technology.
Strong understanding of event planning processes and budget management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and high-pressure environment.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to find solutions in challenging situations.
Knowledge of Blockchain technology and the latest trends in the industry is a plus.
English communication is a must
Execute advertising and marketing campaigns to attract attendees and build brand recognition for the event and the company.
Evaluate and report on post-event results, thereby improving processes and services for future events.Benefits:
