1. Merchandise Management (40%)

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Allocate and replenish stock with the right products in the right locations.
• Consolidate inventory from different stores as needed.

2. E-Commerce Management (50%)

• Manage pricing across all digital platforms to maintain competitiveness.
• Track inventory status on e-commerce platforms to maximize in-stock levels.
• Allocate appropriate products and ensure promotional initiatives are displayed across all platforms.
• Manage product attributes to create high-quality, compliant listings for e-commerce.
• Oversee reporting and sales data analysis to optimize performance and improve listings.
• Set up and maintain new items across all e-commerce platforms.

3. Other Tasks (10%)

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 1 year of experience in Merchandise, E-Merchandise, or E-commerce coordination.
• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Familiar with managing marketplace platforms, including setting up products, adjusting prices, and handling promotions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Good analytical skills and data processing abilities to improve processes and boost performance.
