JOB DETAILS
1. Market Development:
· Leading the exploration of new market opportunities to expand company reach.
· Identifying emerging market trends and customer needs to drive strategic business growth.
2. Business Development:
· Collaborating with the Head of Business Development to establish achievable targets aligned with company objectives.
· Enhancing sales processes to meet international standards and improve efficiency.
· Assisting in the implementation of innovative strategies to penetrate new markets.
3. Business Unit Management:
· Leading the business unit to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
· Developing comprehensive sales plans and strategies.
· Managing, training, and motivating the sales team.
· Monitoring sales performance metrics and evaluating team effectiveness.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
· Understanding customer needs and ensuring effective solutions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Working closely with Delivery and Finance teams to align and support sales efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in any field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Experience in B2B sales with large contract values.
· Preferably, experience in the media industry.
