- Make HR strategy, consult BOD about human resource management
- Performance Management
- Managing annual promotion
- Managing disciplinary committee
- HR KPI management
- Supporting korean HR manager, HR planning
- Supporting Kor managers (if any)
- Liasion of communication with Gov officers
- Liasion of communication with public relationship (including broadcasting station, newspapers, etc.)
- Liasion of communication with Trade Union (including federal/industrial park union)
- Ensure to follow labor regulations and Vietnamese law, Nike regulation
- Consult regulations, policies, rules and propose measures to improve the quality of human resources, attend the evaluation for employees periodically, establish and evaluate KPI for employees.
- Other specific works will be exchanged directly during the interview process.
