Mô tả công việc
To assist the FOM in organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the Front Office in ensuring a smooth operation at the Front Desk.
To conduct regular inspection tours of the entire facility for appearance, safety, staffing, security and maintenance.
To supervise all personnel in the Front Office and ensure that the staff adhere to all policies established
by the company. To observe service behaviors of staff and ensure that all uniformed staff are properly attired and groomed, ( each wearing a nametag)
Plan and oversee all front of house and guest service processes from the arrival of guests to their departure in order to ensure the meeting of guest needs.
Participate in the formulation of the operation plan.
Oversee the development and implementation of creative plans/programs that anticipate and meet guest needs and interests.
Monitor on stationery order to maintain the adequacy of all items.
Protect the welfare and interest of guests and ensure the safekeeping of the property.
Manage, motivate and develop the operations team in order to effectively achieve the objectives.
Work closely with other departments to achieve/maximize guest .
Co-ordinate with S&M on apartment status to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Prepare Front Office reports and other reports assgined by FOM
Actively participate in all other works assigned to achieve thebest result.
Manage individual portfolio assigned to maximize guest satisfaction.
Contribute to ‘Fraser experience’.
Contribute to increase customer satisfaction level and the ratio of compliments against complaints.
Contribute to receive guest feedback forms to meet 20% of all departures.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Local Vietnamese
- At least 2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills and an astute business acumen.
- Having a strong work ethic and organizational skills and Strong teamwork skills will also be paramount.
- Well-groomed, self-initiator and self-motivated, outgoing, pleasant looking and goal- oriented- achiever.
- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, enthusiastic.
- Good customer service skills, outgoing and friendly.
- Hardworking, honest, and accurate-good work ethics.
