Client Needs Analysis

Work closely with the sales team to gain deep insights into sales opportunities, industry context, and client profiles.
Conduct discovery sessions through meetings, interviews, and surveys to gather and analyze detailed business requirements, current workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives.
Identify gaps and opportunities where the proposed solution can deliver tangible business value.

Solution Design & Presentation

Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof- of- concept (POC) sessions that address real client challenges.
Support the sales team by translating complex technical aspects into accessible language for non- technical client stakeholders.
Based on the client’s needs, design customized software solutions tailored to specific business contexts.
Create technical documentation, sales collateral, presentation decks, and solution proposals in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

Implementation Support & Post- sales Handoff

Participate in the initial phases of the implementation process to ensure seamless knowledge transfer from pre- sales to delivery teams.
Collect client feedback post- implementation to inform product and service enhancements.
Assist the implementation team in clarifying business requirements and technical solutions to ensure accurate deployment.
Deliver initial product training for clients or internal stakeholders (e.g., sales and delivery teams).

Research & Knowledge Development

Stay current with the latest technology trends, especially in enterprise software, business management, AI, process automation, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market needs.
Contribute to building and maintaining technical knowledge bases, demo environments, and case studies.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen our value proposition.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles such as Solution Consultant, Pre- sales, Software Implementation Consultant, or Business Analyst in the software domain.
Experience with software solutions such as ERP, CRM, SCM, BI, Project Management, Manufacturing Systems, or other enterprise platforms is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

Technical Knowledge

Solid understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
Basic understanding of databases, system architecture, APIs, and software technologies.
Strong knowledge of enterprise software and how it can solve business challenges.

Soft Skills

Client- focused mindset – consistently prioritizing client needs and success.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills – capable of conveying complex ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to both technical and non- technical audiences.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities – able to quickly understand client challenges and propose relevant solutions.
Effective team collaboration skills – able to work seamlessly with sales, technical, and client teams.
