Job Description

Conduct business and user needs analysis; lead and perform interviews with business users to collect detailed requirements.
Prepare and manage project documentation including User Stories, BRD, URD, SRS, and user manuals.
Work closely with the IT development team and third- party vendors to design, validate, and manage the implementation of solutions aligned with business requirements.
Present ideas and feature proposals to relevant stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Support testing activities: review test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system quality and alignment with requirements.
Design user interface mock- ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate solutions.
Handle change requests (CRs): receive, evaluate, and deliver CRs based on business unit demands.
Gather and analyze feedback/requirements from clients and related stakeholders to understand business needs, product features, and functional requirements.
Maintain and regularly update documentation created throughout the requirement gathering, analysis, and system/application design phases.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Required

Good team work skills
English communication skill
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance- Banking or related fields
Proven analytical abilities
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required, prefer in Finance & Banking industry
High self- study ability
Basic technical knowledge
Familiar with SQL language and database management
Having any Business Analyst certificate (CCBA/CBAP) would be advantage
Presentation, communication & deliver information skills
Have knowledge in the fields of Insurance, Finance, Banking, Enterprise
Good at logical thinking, analysis, and researching skills
Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
