Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials.
Utilize instructional design theories and methodologies to create interactive and multimedia educational products.
Assist in the development of course outlines, learning objectives, and training curricula that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Conduct research on the latest educational and technological trends to enhance the learning experience.
Participate in the evaluation and revision of existing courses based on learner feedback and performance data.
Assist in the creation of assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and instructional effectiveness.Understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Proficiency with presentation and design tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Slides, Canva...
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with educators and technical staff.
Creative and analytical thinking skills to develop innovative and effective educational solutions.
Prior experience in an educational setting or with instructional design is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.Salary: 10M - 12M
