Leading the the strategic direction and execution of customer product marketing initiatives across all stages of product lifecycle, ongoing customer engagement and monetization.
Providing oversight for strategic projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines and budgetary constraints;
Planning and Execution:
Developing comprehensive project and BAU plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and overseeing the execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and business requirements.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Collaborating closely with Product management, Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine the product positioning and messaging that aligns with the core value proposition.
Collaborating with Sales, Finance and other cross functional stakeholders to define and refine promotional programs, pricing strategies, and other forms of support to ensure products and services are delivered to customers effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, and external partners, to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track BAU and project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and increase project delivery capabilities.
