Develop and grow assigned distributors in Northern Vietnam.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts, buyers to promote brand awareness, profitable business relationships and keep abreast of trade development, competition, emerging consumers behaviours and trends.
In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products or services to customers and organize visits to current and potential customers.
Responsible for the sales activities, execute promotional plans and products listing as well as propose customize promotional activities.
Analyse & propose strategy and generate sales related report on timely manner to ensure management are able to keep track of the sales progress.
Maintain good relationship with customers.
Any other duties as and when assigned by superior/management.
Qualifications:
Minimum a diploma / Degree from a recognized institution.
Fresh graduates with positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Experience in consumer goods Sales operations / channel sales or Distributor management experience is advantage.
Prior working knowledge in Paper, Printing, Packaging, or paper converting industries is preferred.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Good communication, presentation skills & excellent customer focus.
