• Develop advanced features (AddOns) in the system, design forms and reports based on project requirements.

• Program and integrate SAP with other systems.

• Design and prepare technical documentation related to the project.

• Analyze interfaces and assess impact across related systems.

• Understand the relationships between specialized tables and SAP’s technical structure, as well as the types of programs required for development.

• Prepare output documentation such as technical specifications, functional specs, test scenarios, and test result reports.

• Collaborate with the consulting team to analyze and resolve issues in software usage and development, under the supervision of the Team Leader and Project Manager.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.

• Work closely with business consultants to develop appropriate solutions.

• Provide technical support to end-users.

• Willing to travel for project deployment as required.

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience working with SAP and system integration.

• Experience in developing on S/4HANA and SAP Cloud platforms.

• Solid knowledge of core SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, FS-PM, FS-PQM.

• Proficient in at least one programming language: ABAP, Java, or Proscript.

• Strong understanding of REST, Web Services, Oracle, SQL, and ability to improve program performance (e.g., analyzing SQL Execution Plans).

• Fast learner, eager to explore new technologies.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and prioritization skills; effective time management to meet project goals.

• Willingness to travel for business trips when required.

• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English or Japanese; communication skills in either language are a plus.
